How to use
The purpose of this weight mask is to help you relax, soothe tension pains and help get to deep sleep. Although it can be used to sleep, it was not designed to stay on all night.

Place the mask on your forehead, eye area, and even shoulders to get the benefits of the weight pressure. Fold the mask to double the pressure.

Side sleepers can position the mask so that there is no weight directly over the side of your head that you’ll be sleeping on.
