Refund policy

What is your return policy?
We want you to love your PALO products. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Domestic Orders (United States)

  • Unopened products may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.

  • Opened products may be returned for store credit, as long as the item is not damaged or excessively used.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless we made an error with your order.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If we sent the wrong product or your order arrived damaged, we will make it right at no cost to you.

International Orders

At this time, international orders are final sale.
Due to high logistics costs and customs restrictions for nutritional supplements, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for orders shipped outside the United States.

Exchanges

Because supplements cannot be resold once opened, we do not offer product exchanges.
If you ordered the wrong item, we’re happy to help arrange a return (unopened only) and guide you through placing a new order.

Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.

  • Store credits are issued as digital gift cards and delivered via email.
