Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship all orders from Miami, Florida. Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–6 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (when available)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Orders can only be shipped within the United States.

Shipping Issues & Lost Packages

If your order is delayed, lost, or delivered incorrectly:

  • Check your tracking link for the most recent updates.
  • Contact the carrier directly for the fastest support.
  • If unresolved, email us at hello@palonutrition.com.

Note: We are not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it once additional postage is paid.

Warm Weather Shipments

Certain supplements may be sensitive to heat. While we take measures to protect your order, PALO is not responsible for products affected by extreme temperatures during transit.
